Articles of Organization

Articles for many States are not even required beyond the filling out of a State form. In other States, only a one or two page Articles document is required. All States, however, accept a full set of Articles when submitted at the time of formation.

Articles of Organization. The Articles spell out for the state, courts, IRS, and other legal and legitimate inquiries HOW the Company was organized, set up and registered with the State.

21. Designated Company Address
